I have used realtors before, but never have I had a realtor who invested so heavily in the sale of my rental property. It was remarkable because the house was old, had been a rental for years and needed some work. She had great insight as to what we needed to do to make it look less shabby. She personally found a contractor and cleaning company to do the work and went to the home, which I might add is an hour away from her residence. She even did some of the work herself. She was aware I had recently lost my husband and had been dealing with some health issues, and was sensitive to that when explaining the process, and in making it as stress free as possible. I would without reservation recommend her to anyone wanting a realtor who goes above and beyond what is necessary. She was excellent in keeping me up to date and educating me about all the steps involved in the sale. i could not have ask for a better realtor.
