It was remarkable because the house was old, had been a rental for years and needed some work. She had great insight as to what we needed to do to make it look less shabby. She personally found a contractor and cleaning company to do the work and went to the home, which I might add is an hour away from her residence. She even did some of the work herself. She was aware I had recently lost my husband and had been dealing with some health issues, and was sensitive to that when explaining the process, and in making it as stress free as possible. We will reccomend her and use her again if needed. She is still learning the ropes but she did an amazing job and loved working with her. She sold our home and found us another all in our time frame needed. She is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Things that were very important to us.
